By using mixd you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. mixd is built by Reflct.
mixd is offered as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. The catalog is assembled from public sources and third-party platforms, so listings, tracklists, and availability can change or be incomplete. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or anything that happens on the third-party services mixd links to or embeds.
An account is optional and only needed to sync your collection and connect Spotify. You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you suspect someone else is using it.
Playback runs through YouTube, SoundCloud, and Spotify. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours. mixd does not host the audio and does not control those platforms.
You can stop using mixd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or that puts the service or other people at risk.
We may update these terms as mixd evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
